Inspirational Speakers: Ten Minute Talk Spot

Thanks Ellee for your comments! I'm really looking forward to doing my 10 minute spot - the key challenge will be to keep to 10 minutes as there is so mcuh on Creating Confidence I could say.

The delivery of hard copies of The Confidence Factor booklet arrived today & two of the tips in the booklet were featured in the Cambridge Evening News on Tuesday 25th May.

Successful Speech Evaluation

I am delighted to have won the Toatmaster International Area Evaluation contest on Saturday 8th April.

There were 5 competitiors and we all listened to the same speech. We were then removed to a separate room where we wrote up our thoughts for 5 minutes - handed in our notes to the watchful eyes of the adjudicators and then took it in turns to go back to the main room where the audience waited for us to present our thoughts in 3 minutes on how the speech could be improved and what we thought went particularly well.

There's one more round to go before the UK finals. So watch this space.
